I help emerging female leaders who are stuck in their career improve their impact, cultivate the leadership skills that build high performing teams, position themselves for their value to be more visible and create a strategy that helps them move to the next level.
Marsha Flemmings built a career in the hospitality and travel industry that spanned nineteen years. She and those around her couldn’t deny her passion to help and serve others in pursuing their passion and attaining their goals. She led a record amount of her team to win top awards and into multiple promotions in the last half of her career and built a strong legacy in leadership.
Her conviction to continue to help lead and inspire others, especially young women led to her pursuit of becoming a Life Coach and launching her own company. An Alum of Cornell University and University of Technology in Kingston, Jamaica she continues to equip herself to help others unlock their potential, move beyond limiting beliefs and design a legacy that transforms their lives and the lives of their families. As is evidenced in her first book, Letters of Love & Legacy - A Mother's Tale of Her Journey to Her Son, she uses her journey, the successes and missteps to help reinforce to anyone that they are able to design their legacy.
As a speaker she has helped shift audiences beyond motivation and into action and has had the privilege of speaking to audiences of more than 5000 people. She is now launching a new online course that helps emerging women leaders identify their effective leadership style, develop the skills needed to connect with, assess and position their teams, so that they can position themselves to quickly move up in their chosen industry.
Her work has been featured on networks such as ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS News
She attributes much of her intentional approach in everything to becoming a mother to her only son. Every decision she makes personally and professionally is anchored simply in being the best human being so she can not only make herself proud but her family and especially her son.
She lives by the belief that our lives become our legacy so we need to live it intentionally.
